A very large and spacious single family home on Grand Boulevard in Alviso. This project consists of a Two-Storey house with a total area of 10,000 Sqft. Special construction materials including extremely solid steel beams have been used to insure the quality and solidity of the project.

GBB is currently building 5 single family homes on Senter Road, San Jose, CA 95111. The lot area is 31,000 Sqft and the residential project will include 5 units varying between 2,300 and 2,500 Sqft. Each unit will consist of a 4 Bed / 2.5 Bath high-end single family home composed of 2 storeys and offering 2 car garage.
